Western Cape outfit, Stellenbosch FC, is hoping to widen their lead against ESwatini side, Nsingizini Hotspurs, when they meet in Durban’s Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Nsingizini coach, Alexio Segion, says the first leg was full of mistakes on their side which led to them losing the match 3-0. “It’s a game of mistakes, rectifying (them) – that’s when they showed character in the second half. We cannot discuss about it because we will be demotivated, just tell them it’s a mistake and move over.”

Speaking at a media briefing ahead of the match, the Zimbabwean tactician wouldn’t be drawn into what would be done differently to receive a better result. “We are here to compete; we are not taking any chances. The game is all about competition. We’re not giving up. Either the results go negative or positive for us but we’re just here to compete we are not here for only representing the club,” said the Zimbabwean tactician.

Nsingizini camptain, Pius Awuah,  believes that they’re motivated well enough to do well on Saturday. “For me I think it is not bad, we are here to face any challenges to win this game and qualify for the next stage,” said the Ghanaian centre back.

They’re playing in Durban because The Confederation of African Football (CAF) didn’t approve either of their home grounds.
